Well lets begin this crazy adventure!

As any formal introduction goes, my name is

Deysi

(pronounced like Daisy, yet awkwardly spelled, don't ask me, my parents were hippies back in the day).
I'm currently sixteen and turning the big 17 in August of 2008.
I reside in Stamford, Connecticut. I'm new to livejournal. i never really got into it as much as i wanted too.
I think this account is about two years old. >.< Let's see I have an array of music interests from the Beatles to As I Lay Dying.
I'm quite a reader, my latest obsessions has been Harry Potter to Twilight and to
adult novels such as Atonement and The Road by Cormac McCarthy.
I am quite interested in History, Art and Literature. I have a tendency to contradict myself which makes me a horrible canadate for debating.
I love watching movies and enjoy the company of my friends,
I write just about everything down on paper. I have excellent memory skills (things that are not important which is quite odd o.o) and finally I am a huge romantic.
I enjoy making new friends, especially with the "internet age" where I can meet people from Africa to Japan! So please feel free to get to know me, I'm quite nice and enjoy talking to others :D
